Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead a critical transformation focused on payments process integration, compliance, and performance monitoring. Our team values individuals with a robust finance and accounting background who can bring deep expertise in payments-specific projects to drive operational and financial success.
Responsibilities:
- Establish an integrated payments process with strong payment service provider (PSP) governance and compliance, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Implement formal governance for the PSP lifecycle, including automated, centralized contract metadata extraction and accessibility.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of a single source of truth for PSP metadata, supporting data availability for key performance indicators and the transition from settlement date fee accounting to trip date accounting.
- Define and implement consistent performance monitoring and escalation protocols throughout the payment lifecycle, focusing on risk-driven key performance indicators.
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Demonstrated, extensive experience working in payments-focused initiatives within the finance sector.
- Ability to establish formal governance for payment service provider lifecycle and compliance.
- Proven track record with payment data integrity, integration, and performance monitoring projects in a fast-paced environment.
