Job Title: Project Manager – IT
Location: Princeton, New Jersey (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for an opportunity that calls for a detail-oriented project leader to guide complex IT initiatives from planning through delivery. This position plays a key role in aligning business needs, vendor evaluations, budgets, timelines, and deployment readiness to support successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning and delivery across core business process cycles and the broader IT landscape.
- Review business requirements, compare vendor solutions, and prepare clear analysis for executive decision-making.
- Build project budgets, manage expenses within approved limits, and track timelines, milestones, and resource needs.
- Coordinate communication, training, cutover planning, hypercare support, and issue resolution through post-go-live activities.
Required:
- 5–10 years of relevant experience managing IT projects.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Candidates should have experience managing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects, rather than having only infrastructure project experience.
- Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience is strongly needed.
- Relevant systems may include: SAP, Workday, Veeva, Snowflake, Commercial systems or Other enterprise/business applications.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and shift focus quickly based on project or issue severity.
