Job Title: Project Manager Lead – (Non-IT)
Location: INVER GROVE, Minnesota (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a skilled project management professional to support transportation initiatives for this company. This position is focused on driving large-scale projects forward through strong coordination, proactive problem-solving, and clear stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop project plans, including milestones, interdependencies, and required communications.
- Work with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to define scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timing.
- Manage project teams and help ensure program goals are achieved from inception to completion.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across projects, and produce status reports for managers and stakeholders.
Required:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience supporting and managing large-scale projects and programs.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, plus public speaking, facilitation, problem-solving, analytical skills, multi-tasking, organization, leadership, and time management.
