Job Title: Project Manager – Mid-Level
Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional to help coordinate advanced analytics and AI/ML initiatives that support enterprise risk and compliance priorities. Our team is partnering with this company to find someone who can connect business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to keep work moving forward clearly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics, AI/ML, predictive analytics, and data product initiatives.
- Facilitate backlog refinement, planning sessions, stakeholder reviews, prioritization meetings, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, IT resources, and business stakeholders to define needs, translate requirements, and resolve risks or dependencies.
- Provide status reporting, support user adoption efforts, and communicate complex technical concepts in clear business language.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, business analysis, data analytics, or data operations.
- Experience managing cross-functional data, reporting, analytics, or technology projects.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, Jira, Confluence, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data governance principles.
