Job Title: Project Manager – Non-IT
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the ongoing documentation and enhancement of complex facility drawings and processes. Our team is focused on maintaining, organizing, and modernizing facility CAD documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance for project requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain facility AutoCAD drawings, ensuring current state accuracy and optimal organization for multiple building projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to prepare documentation, including permit packages and concept layouts.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for documentation, drawing modifications, and file management.
- Support ongoing equipment and facility updates through coordinated CAD revisions, mentoring newer team members as needed.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with 2D and 3D AutoCAD, including familiarity with facilities or manufacturing drawings addressing equipment, electrical, and plumbing.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Bluebeam.
- Relevant degree or certification in Drafting & Design, ADDA, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred.
