Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Manager, steering mission-critical initiatives in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of infrastructure for a new team, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Model professional standards, fostering a culture of excellence and learning within the team.
- Organize and streamline processes to ensure timely and effective execution of projects.
- Persuade and collaborate with stakeholders to drive decisions that bolster project success.
Required:
- At least 7 years of experience in a project management role, with a proven track record in leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong systems thinking ability with a keen eye for both big picture strategy and detailed execution.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to manage executive-level interactions.
- Experience with Airtable and understanding of operational processes in a large corporation is beneficial.
