Job Title: Project Manager – Non-IT
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support critical project initiatives within a retail corporate environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering world-class retail development and maintaining strong operational standards through effective project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with leadership and territory teams to manage project communications, issue tracking, and follow-ups.
- Maintain schedules, milestone updates, and portfolio-level reports to support construction and facilities projects.
- Support project budget tracking, including documenting financial status and data maintenance in reporting systems.
- Assist with vendor setup, purchase order creation, invoice tracking, and related documentation for project needs.
Required:
- 6–7 years of experience in retail stores/project management within a corporate environment.
- Strong project management skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Smartsheet.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven experience with financial reports and understanding of contracts.
