Job Title: Project Manager – Non IT
Location: Kansas City, Missouri (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented professional to oversee construction projects from inception to completion for our client’s facilities. Our team is committed to supporting large-scale, complex initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from identification through design, planning, approval, construction, and closeout, focusing on MEP systems, HVAC, and facility infrastructure.
- Develop project scope and schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate documentation throughout all phases of assigned projects.
- Coordinate and track vendor RFPs, process purchase orders and invoices, and maintain diligent financial and compliance records.
- Lead communication among stakeholders, ensure clear documentation, and prepare routine project status reports while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Required:
- 6+ years of experience in project or construction management related roles.
- 2-3 years of practical experience in project administration or accounting tasks.
- Ability to prepare, track, and analyze budgets with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and capacity to manage executive-level interactions.
