Job Title: Project Manager – Non-IT
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven professional to support a special project focused on helping ideas move into products for consumers through structured coordination, clear ownership, and cross-functional alignment. Our team is looking for someone who can bring strong execution, steady communication, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity while helping shape a self-sustaining program from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional coordination across teams to define rules, responsibilities, and workflow expectations.
- Track progress, surface dependencies, and help keep project milestones moving forward.
- Support the design and implementation of an organized operating model from start to finish.
- Help establish a self-sustaining program that can operate with clarity and consistency over time.
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in business integration, operations, project management, product management, merchandising, or a related cross-functional business role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Background in marketing, merchandising, product creation, or apparel.
- Strong project management skills with some change management experience and the ability to work comfortably in ambiguity.
