Job Title: Project Manager – Non-IT
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting a business-facing project leadership opportunity focused on readiness, coordination, and deployment support for a major transformation effort. This position plays a key part in helping the company drive adoption, manage cross-functional execution, and keep critical deliverables on track.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business readiness activities tied to UAT, training preparation, communications, change management, and go-live execution.
- Coordinate day-to-day follow-up across business and technology teams, tracking action items, blockers, risks, and dependencies.
- Create and maintain project plans, status reports, readiness dashboards, meeting materials, trackers, and action logs.
- Support pilot preparation, cutover coordination, hypercare, and adoption monitoring while synthesizing feedback and testing results.
Required:
- 10+ years of experience.
- Background as a non-IT project manager with some context for an IT rollout.
- Experience supporting deployment of a software tool for apparel product creation and user acceptance testing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating projects or program activities in a cross-functional environment and managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience supporting readiness activities such as UAT, training, communications, change management, deployment readiness, or similar work; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and coordination tools; Airtable, PowerPoint, and AI for building reports are noted as helpful.
