Job Title: Project Specialist – Junior
Location: Marlborough, MA – Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Fixture Development Team in creating and implementing new fixtures for our client.
- Manage and edit purchase orders, resolve Oracle invoice issues, and generate standard purchase orders.
- Oversee the production and timely delivery of prototype fixtures.
- Communicate with suppliers and project teams about project deliverables.
- Maintain project tracking documents, including budget and status reports.
Skills Required:
- 1-3 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of retail fixtures, planning, and construction.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Additional Information:
- Office presence required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Local travel to client locations in MA, CT, RI, and NH, with travel expenses reimbursed.
