Job Title: Project Specialist – Senior
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to manage multiple marketing projects and complex seasonal campaigns across creative channels. Our team relies on this position to ensure effective project execution, clear communication, and seamless collaboration between stakeholders and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a high volume of complex seasonal campaigns within the existing marketing process.
- Coordinate and organize collaborative creative projects across print, digital, social, and motion graphics, ensuring alignment with strategic vision.
- Develop accurate milestones and timelines for projects, and lead meetings with multiple levels of management to capture feedback and oversee workflow.
- Review and quality assure content throughout the approval process to maintain consistency, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of project management, traffic, or marketing experience managing creative teams in an agency or corporate advertising environment.
- Ability to manage integrated workloads of print, e-commerce, social, and motion graphic projects, providing a diplomatic approach to deliver results.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management applications such as Workfront, Workgroups, Project, Basecamp, Smartpath, or similar workflow software.
- Knowledge of digital, social, and media processes and timetables; corporate video production experience preferred.
- 30 hours a week position.
- Onsite 2 days a week. 550 location Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
