Job Title: QA Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced leader to guide the quality assurance function for a portfolio of enterprise applications and business-critical initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Lead quality assurance delivery across multiple projects, enhancements, and production support initiatives, ensuring all objectives related to scope, timelines, and quality are met.
- Manage and mentor quality assurance team members and delivery partners across both onshore and offshore models, promoting accountability and continuous development.
- Define and uphold test strategies and quality practices to support functional, integration, regression, automation, and non-functional testing needs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, program, and business teams to align priorities, resolve risks, and facilitate release readiness across multiple workstreams.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, or software testing, including experience leading teams or managing QA delivery.
- Experience developing and executing test strategies across functional, integration, regression, automation, and non-functional testing.
- Working knowledge of QA and delivery tools, including JIRA, ServiceNow, Selenium, Katalon, JMeter, LoadRunner, mobile testing tools, and test management platforms.
