Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We seek a motivated professional to support our client’s quality assurance efforts, ensuring reliable system performance throughout project delivery. Our team values strong attention to detail in driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of software quality.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with analysts and developers to verify thorough testing coverage and maintain overall system reliability and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze testing needs, create comprehensive strategies and plans, and review software documentation for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Manage testing processes for ongoing projects and future initiatives, meeting key milestones and adhering to established development and quality standards.
- Coach, lead, and mentor team members, reviewing and approving test plans, scripts, and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure optimal outcomes.
Required:
- Experience using Jira, Jira-Xray, SQL, Jenkins, GIT, and Excel for quality assurance testing processes.
- Ability to deliver effective and efficient testing solutions while collaborating within a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, along with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with formats for test data including XML, JSON, and plain text, plus experience reviewing software documentation.
