Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead
Location: Farmers Branch, Texas (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead quality engineering and testing for regulatory reporting applications within a dynamic technology environment. Our team is driven by a commitment to mitigating risk and maintaining high standards of data accuracy for critical organizational reporting functions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead testing efforts to ensure accuracy and completeness of data across source-to-target flows and regulatory reports.
- Design and implement test strategies covering functional, regression, and data reconciliation testing.
- Collaborate with technology and business partners to validate that all regulatory requirements are met.
- Oversee test execution, defect analysis, root-cause identification, and maintain comprehensive testing documentation.
Required:
- 5–8 years of experience in data and report testing, preferably on regulatory or risk platforms.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data validation techniques within data-centric testing environments.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, software development lifecycle, and data warehouse concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
