Job Title: Quality Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support organizational quality standards in global clinical development. Our team focuses on driving audit coordination, inspection readiness, CAPA management, and the continuous improvement of clinical quality systems.
Responsibilities:
- Support coordination and execution of the GCP audit program, including maintaining and tracking audits and preparing related documentation.
- Assist with inspection readiness activities, including documentation preparation and follow-up of CAPAs and commitments related to regulatory inspections.
- Collaborate with functional teams to maintain and improve clinical quality management systems and quality records using electronic systems such as TrackWise, Veeva, and ACE.
- Provide operational support for clinical quality initiatives, organizing cross-functional meetings and preparing quality metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research environments, with exposure to Clinical Quality (GCP preferred).
- Basic understanding of GCP and clinical development processes, with experience in quality systems, CAPA management, or inspection readiness activities desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with quality management systems such as TrackWise, Veeva, or ACE.
