Job Title: Quorum Land Analyst
Location: Houston, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support comprehensive land records administration efforts, ensuring accurate entry and verification of document data tied to spatial information. Our team values analytical ability and attention to detail as we manage essential land documentation in the context of pipeline systems.
Responsibilities:
- Review alignment maps to accurately identify pipeline assets and related surface ownership information.
- Organize, categorize, and file various land documents in accordance with alignment mapping requirements.
- Verify and update land database entries, ensuring completeness and correctness of property descriptions, asset details, and provision information.
- Plot legal descriptions with deed plotting software, connecting digital records to spatial GIS parcel data.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in land records administration, including management and documentation of pipeline systems.
- Proficiency with Quorum data products, along with basic land title knowledge and document interpretation skills.
- Experience using Google Earth and GIS software (ESRI products), with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication using confidential and sensitive information.
