Job Title: R&D Build Coordinator
Location: Bothell, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and driven professional to lead the coordination of advanced development and prototype build activities supporting next-generation premium and high-end ultrasound products. Our team values innovative thinking and strong cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement in research and development build processes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate detailed build plans, schedule activities, and facilitate build readiness by partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Program Management.
- Oversee setup of production cells, line infrastructure, material flow, and verification of fixtures, jigs, and tooling for prototype and pilot builds.
- Manage component availability by coordinating with Supply Chain and Engineering, validate material kits, and address shortages or expedites as needed.
- Track build execution, capture metrics, resolve hardware/software/process issues, and document deviations, waivers, and engineering changes.
Required:
- High School Diploma or Vocational Education required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Research and Development (R&D) environment, engineering laboratory, or equivalent setting.
- Demonstrated experience with build planning, coordination, and execution in a technical or regulated environment.
- Strong skills in root cause analysis, structured problem-solving, and process documentation.
