Job Title: R&D Operations Manager

Job Summary: Our team seeks dynamic individuals passionate about finance and analytics to empower decision-making through effective budget management. We focus on fostering an environment where innovation in data analytics and stakeholder engagement drives success in complex, matrixed settings.
Responsibilities:
- Lead budget management efforts including planning/forecasting and tracking actuals vs. budget.
- Manage accounting/finance deadlines such as quarter close and budget submissions.
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Utilize tools like Power BI and Tableau for insightful data analysis and dashboard maintenance.
Required:
- Master’s degree with 3 years or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in biotech/pharma-related financial analytics.
- Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and procurement systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage extensive budgeting processes.
- Experience using data visualization and collaboration tools like Tableau and Smartsheet.
