Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Jacksonville, Florida (On-site)
Job Summary: We enable organizations to meet rising talent needs by managing the complete recruiting cycle for high-volume and entry-level positions. Our team takes the lead on sourcing, hiring, and relationship management to deliver optimal recruiting results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting offers for a large volume of roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders, participating in calibration calls and managing hiring manager engagements.
- Maintain accurate reporting and data presentation, including the creation and delivery of QBR data and performance reports.
- Manage relationships with Talent Acquisition leads and coordinate with team members, including regular touchpoints with remote partners and overseeing an active job workload using VMS tools.
Required:
- At least 2 years of prior recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in high-volume or entry-level recruitment environments.
- Proficiency and hands-on experience with VNDLY or other VMS tools.
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in heavy reporting and data presentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences and maintaining an executive presence.
