Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Location: Fort Greene, New York (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a contract recruitment professional to support Finance hiring across a fast-moving environment, delivering end-to-end hiring support from initial intake through offer management. This position offers the opportunity to advise leaders, shape talent pipelines, and help deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Finance leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor on hiring best practice, assessment, DE&I, and market trends.
- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and strategic attraction activity.
- Manage candidate shortlists, offer negotiations, and a positive candidate and hiring manager experience end to end.
Required:
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment within a Finance environment.
- Strong understanding of Finance functions, terminology, role profiles, and talent markets.
- Experience recruiting for a range of Finance positions and engaging credibly with senior stakeholders and candidates.
- Confidence working with recruitment technology, data, and reporting to drive informed decisions.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
