Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Hazelwood, Missouri (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a recruiting professional to help identify and engage top talent across a variety of open positions. Our team is looking for someone who can support sourcing strategy, strengthen talent pipelines, and partner effectively with stakeholders to keep hiring efforts moving forward.
Responsibilities:
- Source and engage candidates using multiple recruiting strategies to support open positions and future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain talent communities and pipelines to strengthen long-term recruiting efforts.
- Manage relationships with external staffing partners and collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Support recruiting workflows by monitoring candidate status steps, resolving process issues, and helping ensure a compliant and organized process.
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience; 5 years is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong full life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience is required.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing tools is required.
- Understanding of recruiting metrics, including offer extend rates, offer acceptance rates, and candidate pass-through rates, is required.
- Knowledge of OFCCP requirements is required.
- Preference is for candidates whose primary background is recruiting, with in-house corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred over staffing agency experience.
