Job Summary: We are in search of an adept Recruiter who will be instrumental in attracting top talent and enhancing our employer brand. This role directly impacts our talent acquisition locally and globally.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment in key areas within the Global organization.
- Serve as a talent acquisition advisor with a keen understanding of candidate landscapes.
- Collaborate with recruiters and HR teams to develop winning sourcing strategies.
- Conduct recruitment workshops and present pipeline performance to stakeholders.
Required:
- Experience as an in-house recruiter with high-volume talent acquisition.
- 2-4 years of experience in a global market with partner management exposure.
- Ability to execute creative sourcing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
