Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated recruitment professional to support our team’s search for exceptional talent across multiple management levels in a dynamic retail environment. Our team specializes in external searches and talent pipeline development for mission-critical positions nationwide, collaborating with leadership and human resources to deliver high-impact hiring results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and recruitment plans to attract and engage qualified candidates for key management and leadership roles.
- Utilize internal tools, social media, research, and cold calling methods to identify, source, and qualify passive candidates for open and pipeline searches.
- Consult and collaborate with hiring managers, talent acquisition leadership, and HR business partners to forecast hiring needs and build strong relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned areas, delivering a best-in-class experience to all stakeholders, and ensuring proactive communication throughout the process.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full recruitment lifecycle or sourcing roles.
- Proven expertise in talent sourcing, including internet research and cold calling.
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
