Job Title: Recruiter – Mid-Level
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking a recruiting professional to support full life cycle hiring for management positions across store brands, along with select district and regional roles. Our team is looking for someone who can build talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, and partner closely with hiring teams and internal stakeholders to deliver a strong hiring experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned buildings and geographic areas.
- Develop sourcing strategies and staffing plans to meet hiring needs.
- Source, engage, assess, and build pipelines for talent using ATS, networks, social media, research, and cold calling.
- Partner with hiring managers, Human Resources Business Partners, and talent acquisition leadership to support searches and communicate progress proactively.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 plus years of full recruitment lifecycle experience.
- Sourcing experience to include internet research and cold calling.
- Strong talent assessment, influencing, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills with attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple searches or projects while remaining flexible to changing priorities.
- Developed business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and comfort working with ambiguity.
