Responsibilities:
- Influence and collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Recruiting leaders to drive recruitment strategy.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for designated areas, ensuring needs are met efficiently.
- Develop sourcing strategies to address current and future hiring requirements and implement innovative techniques for talent acquisition.
- Deliver exceptional hiring experiences, ensuring clear communication with both internal and external partners.
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in full recruitment lifecycle within a corporate setting.
- Proven capability in identifying market trends and formulating actionable recruitment plans.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
