Job Title: Regional Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated professionals to maintain and troubleshoot complex media systems for leading creative spaces. Our team spearheads ground-breaking technology deployments, ensuring seamless operations across globally renowned environments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot complex audio, video, and networking systems across varied production facilities.
- Calibrate audio and video systems, ensuring compliance with both internal and industry standards.
- Provide solutions for post-production pipelines and video encoding workflows to enhance creative output.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage hardware lifecycles and service expectations.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in supporting post-production, studio, or creative technology infrastructures.
- Extensive expertise with audio and video calibration and support of AV systems engineering.
- Profound knowledge of networking concepts including VLANs, subnets, and A/V over IP standards.
- Operational experience with post-production software and systems such as Avid, Adobe, and Pro Tools.
