Job Title: Regulatory Analyst – Capital/CapEx, OPEX
Location: Fort Greene, New York (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a technically minded professional to support IT and Digital regulatory submissions that help align investment plans with regulatory frameworks. Our team needs someone who can contribute to testimony, financial exhibits, discovery responses, and hearing preparation across multiple concurrent rate case filings.
Responsibilities:
- Support IT and Digital input to regulatory submissions and help align IT business plans to regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare testimony, financial exhibits, rebuttal materials, and witness preparation binders for evidentiary hearings.
- Draft and submit discovery responses within tight deadlines, including high volumes of interrogatories.
- Collaborate with regulatory, legal, finance, enterprise architecture, and IT planning teams to support regulatory defense and compliance.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or degree-level education with a preference for Accounting or Finance.
- Regulatory experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and Adobe skills.
- 2–5 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, Capital/CapEx, OPEX, and cost recovery
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat skills
- Relevant industry certification is desirable.
