Job Title: Regulatory Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and effective professional to shape and enhance operational and regulatory landscapes. Our team is dedicated to ensuring successful outcomes for our community while coordinating with cross-functional teams on execution plans and managing regulatory processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and scale operational plans to gather, verify, and maintain regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends, surface anomalies, and support risk assessments using SQL and dashboarding tools.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver automated, scalable compliance solutions.
- Manage and resolve escalations, inquiries, and incidents related to regulatory products and services.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in compliance operations, legal operations, project/program management, or data analytics.
- Proven track record in launching, scaling, and analyzing compliance programs.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills in matrixed environments.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate regulatory and business needs into actionable solutions.
