Job Title: Release Train Engineer
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled leader to guide Agile teams in delivering value and driving process improvements. Our team values transparency, strategic problem-solving, and fostering a collaborative work culture that supports continuous improvement within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve risks, dependencies, and conflicts to ensure minimal disruption to delivery schedules.
- Lead process improvement projects and implement change initiatives to enhance efficiency and value delivery.
- Communicate project status updates and obstacles clearly while fostering transparency with stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to Agile teams, facilitating PI Planning and advocating for cross-functional collaboration and Agile best practices.
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Computer Science, or IT Engineering; Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in areas such as Software Development, Agile Project Management, or equivalent, or no prior experience required with a Master’s Degree.
- Certification in Leading SAFe and Advanced Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and proven ability to drive continuous improvement.
