Job Title: Research and Development Associate
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support biotherapeutic discovery and delivery platform development within our team. Our team values individuals who can independently execute molecular biology experiments and collaborate productively across cross-functional groups.
Responsibilities:
- Support tissue enhanced delivery platform development and related portfolio programs.
- Process animal tissues for protein analysis and nucleic acid extraction.
- Perform MSD and PCR-based methods for bioanalytical analyses.
- Carry out cell-based function assays to characterize biotherapeutics and maintain electronic laboratory records.
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical industry, or post-bachelor’s research.
- Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques, including qPCR/ddPCR, Western blot, and ELISA.
- Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze data accurately.
- Strong communication and organizational skills and proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional and matrixed teams.
