Job Title: Research and Development Associate
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for a detail-oriented scientist to contribute to tissue-enhanced delivery platform development and portfolio programs. Our team is seeking someone who can support bioanalytical and cell-based testing, manage lab documentation, and help drive high-quality experimental outcomes in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support tissue-enhanced delivery platform development and portfolio programs.
- Process animal tissues for protein analysis and nucleic acid extraction.
- Perform MSD and PCR-based methods for bioanalytical analyses.
- Conduct cell-based functional assays and maintain an electronic laboratory notebook.
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry or post-bachelor’s research.
- Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques, including qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, and Western blot.
- Ability to independently execute experiments, analyze data, and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to productively collaborate in cross-functional and matrixed teams.
