Job Title: Right of Way Agent
Location: Greensburg, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to manage land and rights of way acquisition and permitting for new construction and operational projects. Our team values attention to detail and strong communication as we facilitate project success and positive stakeholder relationships across multiple states.
Responsibilities:
- Perform land and rights of way acquisition and permitting functions for construction and operational projects within an assigned territory.
- Prepare and negotiate legal agreements related to real property, including handling easement rights, title updates, and landowner claims reports.
- Identify and obtain permits from various private, local, state, and federal agencies to support project execution.
- Represent the company in public meetings, resolve damage claims, and provide support for integrity and operational requests as needed.
Required:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to create maps using Google Earth.
- Ability to perform mail merge functions effectively.
- Active notary commission and valid driver’s license for required travel.
- Experience preparing, negotiating, and managing legal agreements associated with real property.
