Job Title: Right of Way Agent I (Hourly)
Location: Houston, Texas (On-Site)
Duration: 12+ months contract with chances of further extensions
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented land and right of way professional to support third-party inquiries involving encroachments on pipeline assets and facilities across the United States. Our team is looking for a candidate who can work with databases, review easement terms and engineering documents, and help drive timely, accurate responses in a fast-paced environment.
Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in the land and right-of-way profession, or equivalent experience in real estate issues, landowners, engineers, developers, or local, state, and federal agencies.
- Need candidates from oil &gas, midstream background
- understand easement terms and obligations, read engineering drawings and alignment sheets;
- Use Google Earth and GIS tools to evaluate location details and support issue resolution.
