Job Title: Right of Way Agent
Location: Houston, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support local stakeholders with land and right-of-way projects. Our team values an individual who can develop solutions for access, workspace, and project notifications, while ensuring all legal and compliance aspects are managed efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Support stakeholders with land and right-of-way projects within an assigned location.
- Assist in creating plans for access, temporary workspace, and notifications for integrity and corrosion initiatives.
- Prepare and negotiate legal agreements, reports on easement rights, title updates, and landowner claims.
- Acquire permits from private, local, state, and federal agencies, and manage damage claims including investigations, negotiations, and settlements.
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the midstream industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency with GIS, Excel, Outlook, and online research tools.
- Title experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight from management or supervision.
