Job Summary:
Join our client as a Right of Way Agent III in San Antonio, TX. This role involves managing land access and supporting various projects, requiring both office and occasional field work. You’ll be instrumental in negotiating agreements and handling landowner interactions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work on-site in a corporate setting with occasional field duties.
• Develop plans for access, temporary workspace, and landowner notifications.
• Communicate project status and manage landowner claims effectively.
• Negotiate and prepare legal agreements related to real property.
• Acquire necessary permits from various agencies.
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills in project management.
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Google Earth and GIS applications.
• Active TREC Right of Way Agent or Real Estate Broker license.
• Familiarity with pipeline alignment sheets is a plus.
• Ability to navigate and search through databases.
