Job Title: Right of Way Due Diligence Agent
Location: Houston, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support our team in analyzing and interpreting easements, surveys, and alignment sheets for midstream operations. Our team values attention to detail and strong project management abilities to ensure smooth workflow and accurate reporting across all land due diligence processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks related to understanding and interpreting easements and their diverse provisions.
- Review and interpret alignment sheets, land surveys, and plats.
- Provide weekly management reporting and maintain project databases.
- Follow direction from the Land Manager or delegate while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Required:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent required for placement in this position.
- 3–5 years of experience in midstream or related industry.
- Basic understanding of title and some title experience.
- Experience with analytics and workflow reporting tools such as Power BI or Altyerx.
