Job Title: RPA Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure continuous, high-quality support and performance monitoring for robotic process automation operations. Our team values strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated workflows vital to business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor robotic process automation workflows and processes to maintain optimal performance and availability.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to bots and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with developers to identify and implement process improvements based on operational insights.
- Maintain documentation around monitoring procedures and support knowledge base initiatives.
Required:
- Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with one or more RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate, or Blue Prism.
- Strong analytical skillset and proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with familiarity using incident management tools.
