Job Title: RPA Design & Delivery Analyst
Location: Syracuse, New York (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking motivated professionals to join our team in supporting automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy throughout the organization. Our team is dedicated to designing, developing, and testing solutions that expand process capabilities and drive meaningful improvements in business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis and support to the Robotic Process Automation team for the design, development, and testing of automation solutions.
- Act as an integrator between end users and the automation team by mapping and defining business processes to shape effective automation workflows.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy new or enhanced Robotic Process Automations, ensuring processes are efficient and maintainable.
- Create testing documentation and execute testing activities including integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing for automation projects.
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree as a minimum educational requirement.
- Previous experience with Robotic Process Automation, specifically Power Automate.
- Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft suite proficiency, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Access, along with other relevant technical skills.
