Job Title: Safety & Airworthiness Specialist
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)

Job Summary: Our team is seeking a talented professional to lead investigations related to airworthiness and regulatory compliance, directly impacting the organization’s safety processes and standards. We work on high-profile projects that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to the continued safety and reliability of commercial aircraft.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate structured investigations for issues related to FAA-issued Letters of Investigation, compliance actions, voluntary disclosures, self-audit findings, and Part 25 airworthiness non-compliances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering groups and management, to identify systemic root causes, implement corrective actions, and ensure alignment among stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Develop and document investigation results in accordance with regulatory expectations, partnering closely with Organizational Designation Authorization (ODA) groups and certification experts.
  • Drive process improvements by partnering with enterprise teams to enhance tools, methods, and overall compliance with regulatory standards.

Required:

  • A minimum of 6 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Bachelor’s degree plus experience, Master’s degree plus 4 years, or 10 years’ related work experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated initiative, leadership of cross-functional teams or projects, and accountability for ensuring timely and accurate completion of work activities.
