Job Title: SAP AI Consultant
Location: Waltham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP AI Consultant to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions using SAP Joule, SAP BTP, and SAP Business AI. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on SAP AI experience combined with SAP business process expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI solutions using SAP Joule, Joule Studio, SAP Business AI, SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, and SAP Generative AI Hub.
- Deliver AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and Agentic AI solutions within SAP environments.
- Integrate SAP AI with SAP applications and, where applicable, platforms such as Microsoft Copilot or Azure OpenAI.
- Partner with business and technical teams to identify and implement high-value AI use cases.
- Apply AI capabilities such as RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents/orchestration, and AI governance.
Required:
- 8+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on AI / Generative AI / Machine Learning / intelligent automation experience.
- Hands-on SAP Joule, Joule Studio, or SAP Business AI experience.
- Strong SAP BTP experience, including SAP AI Core and/or Generative AI Hub.
- Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions with measurable business impact.
- Strong SAP business process knowledge in at least one area: SAP Ariba/Procurement, Finance & Controlling, Supply Chain, HCM, or Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP integration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
