Job Title: SAP Security Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and enhance security architecture within a dynamic HR technology environment. Our team relies on this position to establish robust governance, drive risk reduction, and support ongoing compliance across HR systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement HR and SuccessFactors security strategies, including governance frameworks, role design approaches, and security standards.
- Design, build, and maintain SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions, ensuring proper configuration of roles, permissions, and admin governance procedures.
- Oversee SAP HCM/HR security authorizations, manage structural profiles, and align security models with organizational and HR reporting structures.
- Serve as the security lead for HRIT, operations, and compliance teams, guiding analysts and teams to ensure security objectives are met and projects achieve audit readiness.
Required:
- Advanced hands-on experience with SuccessFactors security, including RBP, permission groups, MDF permissions, and Admin Center governance.
- Proven knowledge and practical application of IAM/SSO concepts such as SAML, OAuth, MFA, and identity lifecycle provisioning within enterprise HR systems.
- Expertise in access governance, including recertification, segregation of duties, privileged access, and break-glass processes for critical HR data domains.
- Experience providing leadership and technical input for HR technology projects, ensuring security control requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
