Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team, supporting ongoing research initiatives through the application of advanced molecular and cellular biology expertise. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and culture mammalian cells, ensuring optimal growth conditions.
- Generate stable cell lines and perform cell-based quantitative assays using techniques such as HiBiT, NanoBiT, CTG, and NanoBRET.
- Utilize molecular biology methodologies including western blotting, plate-based assays, flow cytometry, and confocal microscopy.
- Analyze data from experiments and provide clear documentation of findings.
Required:
- Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience.
- Broad knowledge of molecular and cellular biology, demonstrated by independent research and publications.
- Expertise in mammalian cell culture, plate-based quantitative assays, molecular biology methods, and imaging techniques.
- Experience with cellular protein degradation pathways such as ubiquitin-proteasome system and endo-lysosome pathway, or familiarity with small molecule and related research areas.
