Job Title: Scientist
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting a hiring need for a Scientist to contribute to analytical method development, qualification, and transfer within a fast-moving scientific environment. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented professional who can generate, analyze, and interpret data to support product development investigations, impurity release testing, and regulatory submissions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fit-for-purpose analytical methods for impurity release testing.
- Generate, analyze, and interpret analytical data to support product development investigations and regulatory submissions.
- Support analytical projects involving method development, qualification, and transfer.
- Provide critical evaluation of analytical data and contribute to analytical development teams through updates and documentation.
Required:
- Master’s degree with 2 years of scientific experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of scientific experience, or Doctorate degree.
- Experience and expertise with protein assays, particularly ELISA and common formats for measuring protein-protein interactions.
- Experience with GDP documentation and Electronic Laboratory Notebook systems.
- Experience and expertise with Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with ICH Guidelines.
- Strong communication and social skills, with a positive, collaborative approach to challenges and new ideas.
