Job Title: Scientist (R&D)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team, contributing to operational efficiency within a fast-paced, innovative research environment in the fields of immunology, rare disease, and neuroscience. Responsibilities:
- Support reagent and study organization, documentation, and data reporting, including monitoring protein reagent storage and distribution across the department.
- Execute crystallization workflows or straightforward biophysical analysis workflows as required.
- Facilitate crystal storage and shipping processes to enable ongoing research.
- Demonstrate diligence in equipment maintenance, inventory tracking, laboratory supply ordering, and provide support for laboratory management and safety best practices.
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in an industrial and/or academic laboratory setting.
- Strong collaborative skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Evidence of innovative problem solving with the ability to manage multiple activities in parallel.
