Job Title: Scrum Master – Mid-Level
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive successful delivery within the Workforce Management domain. Our team focuses on refining the product backlog and ensuring prioritized, scheduled work for maximum business value.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile team ceremonies such as daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with teams to remove impediments and track dependencies.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize backlog items.
- Provide concise status updates to senior leadership, emphasizing progress and key decisions.
Required:
- 5-10 years experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Advanced Scrum certification (PSM II or CSP) required.
- Proven experience in vendor and partner management within complex delivery programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
