Job Title: Scrum Master – Senior
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to help drive delivery across multiple teams within an infrastructure platform engineering environment. This position combines Agile facilitation, feature backlog management, project coordination, and executive-level communication to improve transparency, predictability, and flow.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies and continuously improve team ways of working across multiple delivery teams.
- Support Kanban and flow-based delivery through board hygiene, work visualization, WIP awareness, and aging work review.
- Partner with engineering leadership and stakeholders to define objectives, manage the feature backlog, track dependencies, and remove blockers.
- Prepare clear status updates, risk summaries, and executive readouts that communicate progress, decisions, outcomes, and delivery risks.
Required:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, or delivery leadership roles with senior-level influence.
- Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum, with familiarity in Lean/Kanban and demonstrated success enabling delivery in complex environments.
- Experience operating in a Scrum Master capacity, including objective-setting, feature backlog ownership, and team intake management.
- Strong presentation, executive communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.
- Experience working with platform or infrastructure engineering, operations, or enterprise technology teams is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and cross-team dependencies.
- Experience with Atlassian Tools, Jira Align, and Jira Cloud.
