Job Title: Security Analyst
Location: Farmers Branch, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking professionals to play a critical role in strengthening access risk controls within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. Our team works to ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and a strong security posture by implementing and monitoring Segregation of Duties (SoD) measures.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily Segregation of Duties scans to identify and address potential access violations within the organization.
- Monitor, triage, and investigate SoD violations, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as necessary.
- Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to validate and remediate access conflicts in alignment with policy.
- Build, configure, and maintain toxic access combination rules using Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.
Required:
- Experience working with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) or similar platforms, specifically in building and maintaining Segregation of Duties rules and managing access provisioning.
- Strong understanding of least privilege concepts, access request procedures, and certification processes.
- Background in supporting audits, maintaining compliance, and documenting SoD controls, violations, and remediation steps as part of daily work.
- Ability to analyze, understand, and troubleshoot access violations and issues related to Segregation of Duties controls.
