Job Title: Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled professional to lead accounting and reporting activities related to inventory, reserves, and transfer pricing for a global manufacturing network. Our team values strong leadership to ensure compliance with US GAAP and statutory requirements, as well as effective collaboration with cross-functional groups to drive operational success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to execute on accounting and reporting activities for inventory, reserves, and transfer pricing, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and statutory requirements.
- Partner with groups such as FP&A, Supply Chain, Corporate Tax, Disbursements, and Information Systems to ensure proper accounting of inventory, including site support.
- Serve as lead contact for Corporate External Reporting, Corporate Audit, External Auditors, and Tax Compliance to deliver audit and reporting support and analysis.
- Lead ERP and automation implementations related to Cost & Operations Accounting, ensuring proper design, documentation, testing, and training of personnel.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience, or Master’s degree and 5 years of experience, or Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience, or Associate's degree and 12 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED and 14 years of experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP in the area of inventory.
- Cost accounting experience, preferably within large pharmaceutical environments.
- Experience with general ledger systems, specifically SAP and S4 HANA.
