Job Title: Senior Agronomy Sales Representative – Direct Hire
Location: Colby, Kansas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are presenting an opportunity for a driven sales professional to support agricultural customers through consultative selling, account development, and territory management. This position plays a key role in helping build strong relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and support business growth across the assigned region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with suppliers, customers, vendors, and internal teams to support long-term business growth.
- Forecast supply requirements on a monthly and annual basis while managing profit and loss for the assigned territory.
- Increase sales and margins by prospecting new customers, executing sales programs, and delivering sales presentations, contracts, and proposals.
- Collaborate across divisions, apply the sales cycle effectively, and maintain a strong safety culture while identifying and addressing workplace hazards.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- At least 4 years of sales, business development, business operations, or related experience is required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Strong communication skills, outside sales experience, customer service, conflict resolution, and proficiency in MS Office Suite are required.
